There was some scratches from a Blue pen on the front of the bag. And I’m gonna say it in Arabic ‘ aa add ma kenet excited to receive and gift some of the items, aa add ma literally nsadamet.’
Note: the manager at le mall Dbayeh returned them eventually bcz really ma bynlabaso and he was nice and professional. I thank him and the staff who returned them but please don’t let this happen again to anyone else.
