With all respect and love, it was a catastrophic experience and wasn’t expecting it at all, the inside of the beige/pink shoes looked like it was worn before and used, some parts of the beige/pink leather were scratched and there was also some scratches from a Blue pen on one of the heels (I can attach some photos if needed)
